1. Introduction

zk266 is an online gaming platform operated at zk266.biz. The platform offers a range of games including Slots, Live Casino, Andar Bahar, Crash Games, Roulette, Card Games and Jackpot Slots. All activity on the platform – registration, deposits, wagering, bonus claims and withdrawals – is governed by these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms and promotional conditions that may be published separately on the platform. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the more specific document will apply to that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Operating multiple accounts – whether in the same name, under different names or using different devices or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zk266 reserves the right to close all accounts involved, void any pending or recent bonus claims and withhold funds pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and an active payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your details change – for example, if you change your primary mobile number or payment account – you must update your profile promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. zk266 will treat any action taken from your account as having been performed by you. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on zk266 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits are processed immediately in almost all cases. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within fifteen minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. zk266 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals are processed as follows:

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. zk266 may request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals. Standard accounts have a minimum withdrawal of Rs 500.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

zk266 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and free spins. All bonuses are subject to terms specific to each promotion. The general principles that apply to all bonuses on zk266 are as follows:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly – they must be wagered the stated number of times before the resulting funds become withdrawable, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise (VIP cashback on zk266, for example, carries no wagering requirement).
• Each bonus promotion may be claimed once per player, per household and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim a bonus multiple times will result in all accounts being closed and bonus funds voided.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

zk266 does not manipulate game outcomes, adjust RTP settings for individual players or intervene in the result of any game round once it has started. The outcome of any completed game round is final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant session and must include the game name, round identifier and the date and time of play.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round – including server disconnection, platform error or software failure – zk266 will restore the game to the last confirmed stable state where technically possible. If restoration is not possible, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the player's wallet. Malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round only.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zk266 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deposit or withdraw using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms or using any technical method to claim bonuses beyond the permitted entitlement.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in table games where player decisions can interact.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and wagered. Accounts with pending chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

zk266 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

1. The player has violated any part of these Terms.
2. The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
3. The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
4. The player has initiated a chargeback that is under investigation.
5. The player's continued access to the platform poses a risk to the integrity of operations or to other players.

Where an account is closed by zk266 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Bonus funds are not returned upon account closure in any circumstance.

9. Responsible Gaming

13. Amendments to These Terms
